Salted beef meat

Description

Salted beef meat cut in half with salt, spices, preservatives and dextrose, vacuum-packed. The boneless meat is obtained from 'vero binden' hip cuts from adult beef hindquarters. Following artisanal processing, the product is not salted through syringing, but through a mix of salt and spices in brine. The product is ready for consumption, sliced as such or in gastronomic preparations.
