Mini mozzarelle in carrozza filled with ham

Description

Battered, fried and deep-frozen mini mozzarelle in carrozza with cooked ham filling. Ingredients: batter, sparkling water, raising agent, bread, olive oil, salt, mozzarella, sunflower oil and cooked ham. The product has a golden colour and a medium-flavoured taste, it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Preparation: thaw for approx. 4 hours, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes or in an air fryer; alternatively, place in a toaster oven until golden brown, or microwave at 800 Watt for 1 minute.
