Description

Battered, fried and deep-frozen mini mozzarelle in carrozza stuffed with anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. Ingredients: batter, sparkling water, raising agent, bacon, mozzarella, sunflower oil, anchovy filling and cream. The product is golden in colour, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and has a medium savoury taste. Preparation: thaw for 4 hours, then cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes or in an air fryer; alternatively, place in a toaster oven until golden brown, or microwave at 800 Watt for 1 minute.
