Frozen classic sultana frittelle, with chicken eggs, wheat flour type 0, sultanas, custard, sunflower oil, butter, egg white powder, grappa, rum, marsala, salt, corn starch, baking powder and ammonium bicarbonate. Frittelle all'uvetta (sultana fritters) are a typical Venetian sweet; born as a carnival dessert, they are now a dish enjoyed all year round.
