Description
Orecchiette from Bari made from 100% Italian bronze-drawn durum wheat semolina. Orecchiette are a type of fresh pasta typical of Apulia, made with only durum wheat semolina and water, pasteurised and packaged in a protective atmosphere in sealed plastic bags. Cooking method: pour 5l of water per 500g of product into a pot and salt to taste. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook for 2/3 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain gently and serve with a sauce to taste.
