Cisaplino white wine. This wine is characterised by its aromatic bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit, white flowers and light mineral nuances. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with a lively acidity that makes it pleasant and versatile. Ideal with fish dishes, such as shellfish and seafood, but also goes well with delicate white meats, fresh cheeses and light vegetable or herb-based first courses; perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a refined dinner. Alcohol: 11%.
