Description

Soft Montasio table cheese made from whole milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and lysozyme. The product has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 30/35 cm, a smooth, thin rind and a soft, compact paste with regular, uniform eyes. It is straw-yellow in colour, while its flavour is sweet, with a hint of Orobic herbs and hay.
