Description
Type "00" wheat flour, Stracchino cheese, Prescins cheese, water, olive oil, milk, brewer's yeast, salt, malted wheat flour, sugar. Preparation: put the frozen focaccia in the hoven at 180°C for about 15 minues. We recommend to serve it "alla ligure", cut in thin slices and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
