Meat Tortelli with durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour and eggs. Filling made of: breadcrumbs, cooked ham, prosciutto, mortadella, bresaola, beef, pork meat, pancetta, broth mix, wine, onions, sunflower seed oil, carrots, celery, salt, flavorings, garlic, pepper, rosemary, sage and sorbic acid. Floured with rice flour. Ideal with flavorful sauces.
