Take out of the freezer (-18° C), do not remove the ramekin. Thaw preferably in microwave for 45 seconds at 600 W, otherwise adjust defrosting time so that the core is liquid. Or thaw in the refrigerator (+4° C) for about 4 hours approximately and then heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W.
