Description
Organic durum wheat semolina caserecce pasta with herbs grown and dried in the mountains of Lombardy. A product made from durum wheat semolina, sage, marjoram and thyme. The producer, Pastificio Baradello, is an artisan company specialised in the production of dried pasta with organic semolina grown and processed in Italy and works with passion, dedication and experience to guarantee an excellent product. The production process is carried out according to ancient methods to obtain a high quality pasta, exclusively bronze drawn, statically dried at low temperatures on wooden frames and packaged manually to avoid damaging the product. Thanks to their delicate and fragrant flavour, they go perfectly with light sauces, such as those made with vegetables, fish or fresh cheese; excellent with a sauce of fresh cherry tomatoes and olive oil, or with a cream of courgette and ricotta cheese.
