Baci di dama

Description

"Baci di Dama" are a type of biscuits originary from Piemonte, composed by two circles of short crust pastry united by a chocolate and hazelnuts cream. They are made by a bakery called Lamordidolce, awarded with the prestigious brand "Piemonte Eccellenza Artigianale", located in the Langhe. These biscuits are perfect with coffee after a meal, or for a late afternoon snack with hot drinks such as teas and hot chocolates.
