Appetiser from Bergamo with mixed vegetables: tomatoes, carrots, onions, green beans, peppers, celery, wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, basil and nutmeg. Excellent served cold with toasted bread, breadsticks and crackers, or paired with hot polenta. Produced in an artisanal manner by a company located in the heart of the Seriana Valley, which makes typical products from Bergamo, following local tradition but with a focus on new recipes, elaborated with genuine, seasonal raw materials, processed strictly by hand.
