Description

Serra del Prete Aglianico del Vulture DOC organic wine. The nose is rich and complex with notes of red and black fruit, strawberry, lavender, liquorice and leather. On the palate it is structured and savoury, with good tannicity and excellent persistence. The producer is Musto Carmelitano, a farm that cultivates and harvests Aglianico del Vulture grapes by hand, following the organic method, with the aim of transforming the grapes into wine while preserving its organoleptic properties. Ideal with mushroom risotto. Alcohol: 14%.
