Description

Barolo DOCG wine Aculei, 14.5% Vol. This wine has a garnet red colour, an intense and characteristic aroma and a dry, full and harmonious taste. Excellent with polenta or legume soups, first courses with porcini mushrooms, mature cheeses, dry pastries or chocolate. The producer is La Biòca, a small winery in the Langhe, whose cellar is located in Fontanafredda di Serralunga d'Alba, where the workers take care of the production, refinement and sale of the wine, made only with grapes from their vineyards located in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra, Barbaresco and Roddino.
