Passion fruit topping with glucose syrup, sugar, passion fruit juice, water, citric acid, flavouring, stabiliser, colouring agent and acidity regulator. It is a sweet sauce ideal for decorating and filling pastry and ice-cream creations, fruit salads, parfaits and mousses. The flavour is sweet, soft, fresh and balanced; while the aroma is typical of maracuja and exotic fruit with ripe flesh. Store at room temperature.
