The product are hand made with an artisanal method, using local high quality feedstock of the suggestive landscape of Sila, where flavors of Calabria, Mediterranean and spicy meets. Perfect ingredient to add on gratinated potatoes, focaccia, grilled and boiled vegetables, grilled or baked fish.
