Description
It's a typical sauce from Liguria made of Italian tomato pulp, Taggiasche olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers, anchovies, basil genovese DOP, garlic, oregano and onions. The product is made by a local artisanal business from Liguria. This sauce goes well with our durum wheat semolina Trenette pasta or with our organic Spaghetti made from Senatore Cappelli ancient wheat.
