Pacific clam sauce with Italian tomato pulp, onions, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies, sunflower oil, parsley, basil, salt, garlic and chilli. Perfect to accompany our bio spaghetti made from Senatore Cappelli ancient durum wheat. Produced in an artisanal manner by a company located in the heart of the Seriana Valley, which makes typical Bergamo products, following local tradition but with a focus on new recipes, elaborated with genuine, seasonal raw materials, processed strictly by hand.
