Fresh Genovese Pesto without garlic, with Genovese PDO basil, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, Gran Maddalena Riserva cheese aged for at least 24 months, pine nuts, sea salt, sorbic acid and ascorbic acid. This product is suitable for preparing first dishes such as lasagne, gnocchi, trofie and linguine. For best results, pour the pesto into a bowl, add a tablespoon of cooking water and then add to the pasta.
