Handcrafted by a company located in the heart of the Seriana Valley, which produces typical Bergamo products, following the local tradition but with a focus on new recipes, elaborated with genuine, seasonal raw materials, processed strictly by hand. Excellent to accompany aged cheeses or fresh bread.
