Description

Matured Morlacco cow's milk cheese, with raw cow's milk, milk enzymes, salt and rennet. Morlacco cheese is a medium-matured product with a soft, slightly eye-catching paste. The product is processed as follows: the raw, whole milk is processed, salted and curdled, then pressed into moulds and left to mature for about 60 days in cellars wrapped in poplar wood shutters.
