Pecans

Description

The pecan has a crunchy texture and a sweetish flavour. It lends itself well as a tasty snack, or to add to pasta dishes, salads or to make cakes. Pecans can be crumbled into yoghurt or a parfait for crunchiness, or they can be added to breakfast cereals to be used with milk or yoghurt. Chopped or crumbled, pecans are also excellent in the batters of muffins, plumcakes or cakes.
